Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining high cleaning standards for a bakery food-producing plant, ensuring products are free from extraneous material and contamination.
- Perform duties in all areas, including the plant, warehouse, shipping, receiving, roof, and grounds.
- Check and ensure product specification standards are met while performing tasks safely and efficiently.
- Follow written procedures and established GMP, Food Safety, Personal Safety, and Quality policies; notify supervisors of any equipment problems.
- Clean bakery equipment, follow specific instructions for flour handling, and implement pest control measures as required.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective problem analysis and problem-solving abilities.
- Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic.
