Position Details:
Position Type: Full-Time, Long-Term Opportunity
Job Location: Washington, WV
Shift: Day Shift, M-F

Compensation: $21.00-$22.00/hr.
Summary:
The primary role for the administrator will be overseeing and putting maintenance time and history in SAP, documenting weekly maintenance and contractor hours and providing to the site Maintenance/Contractor manager. Additional responsibilities may include the following:
Duties:
- Gathering all relevant data on inspection action items and putting them in software system (SharePoint) from the inspection department heads, subject matter experts, and stakeholders.
- Creation of Standard Communication Documents for the Organization
- Presenting solutions to leaders (limited analysis support to justify recommendations)
- Performing limited Administrative Analysis activities for the Operating and Technical Teams.
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements/Desired Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated Problem Solving skills.
- Intermediate to Advance Excel and PowerPoint Skills
- Ability to work independently while at the same time work effectively in a collaborative structure with personnel.
- Outstanding thoroughness, attention to detail, and accuracy in work product.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly.
