EFC is seeking an SAP Application Analyst to join our IT team in our St. Louis, MO office. Responsibilities:
- Resolves daily user system support issues related to system functionality, performance, efficiency, and availability of production systems within area of responsibility.
- Designs, builds, tests, deploys, and supports SAP and non-SAP systems and solutions according to specifications and schedules while meeting quality requirements.
- Builds, maintains, and follows governance process and policy for the ERP environment.
- Works with business on process improvement and recommendations around SAP, primarily in the modules of Sales & Distribution, Warehouse, and Procurement.
- Develops functional documentation of Information Systems and business needs.
- Assists departments in process improvements and developing work instructions for SAP enabled processes.
- Reviews ManageEngine Sysaid queue daily to ensure timely completion of enhancement and support requests.
- Performs mass data loads as needed including testing and final review by business partner.
- Understands and follows appropriate SOPs and QA manual.
- Possesses and follows behavioral competencies and necessary skills to achieve overall company desired results and expectations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- SAP Certifications a plus.
