As a Manager in the SAP Offering, you will contribute to the growth and success of Deloitte Consulting LLP and the SAP Offering in a variety of ways, including: + Client Service: Advise clients on leading practices and technology/industry trends, build lasting relationships, and manage the day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors. + Delivery: As part of an engagement team manage and deliver SAP implementation projects - use your deep expertise to identify the organization's needs, define the business or technology architecture, oversee the solution design and implementation, and manage team activities and progress. + Eminence: Contribute to go-to-market and internal initiatives which drive growth of the practice, drive efficiency and profitability, improve quality, and increase the knowledge of our staff. + People Development: Perform the role of mentor and coach to help junior staff achieve their career objectives. Actively participate in onboarding activities. Provide leadership and support for staff on projects and in local offices. + Business Development: Participate in sales pursuit efforts as a team member or subject matter advisor. Develop and maintain relationships with client stakeholders to establish and maintain our status as a trusted advisor The team Deloitte's SAP practice helps clients move from legacy systems to enterprise-wide solutions by efficiently designing and implementing SAP solutions. Each SAP implementation focuses on achieving results that support businesses strategies through process improvement, technology, and innovation. Qualifications Required: + At least 5 years' relevant SAP consulting experience in a professional services environment, with a large or boutique consulting firm, or serving as an internal consultant within industry + K nowledge and implementation experience with SAP procurement modules and processes and integratio ns + F unctional configuration and design experience with SAP Ariba, and SAP Materials Management (MM) + S4 HANA implementation experience + Participation in all phases of at least 2 SAP Supply Chain/Direct Procurement implementations with at least 1 in a lead + Ability to travel up to 50% based on work you do and the client and industries/sectors you serve + Bachelor's degree or equivalent Desired: + Knowledge and experience with SAP APO , SAP PP, and SAP SRM + Knowledge of Accounts Payable Process and Vendor Payment process + Understanding of SAP ASAP and Agile methodologies + Signavio experience + Greenfield implementation experience + Master's degree Information for applicants with a need for accommodation : Wages + Salary The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,325 to $188,875.
