Thinking Minds Inc.'s client is seeking a Senior SAP Business Analyst with expertise in SAP functional areas to define detailed business requirements and validate SAP solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior analysts, helping them with process analysis, configuration, and implementation methodologies.
- Collaborate within IT project teams to elicit business requirements from stakeholders and translate these into actionable user stories or business requirements documents.
- Work closely with technical staff to ensure that requirements are understood and that solutions align with business needs.
- Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions using methods such as interviews, document analysis, use cases, and workflow analysis.
- Analyze and reconcile information gathered from multiple sources to ensure a clear understanding of true business needs.
- Lead the effort in utilizing enterprise-wide requirement definition and management systems.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 8-10 years of experience in one or more SAP functional areas.
- In-depth knowledge of at least one SAP module, with working knowledge of others.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage both internal and external stakeholders.
