We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Consultant to join our managed service model supporting a large telecommunications provider. The role focuses on providing tier 2/3 production support, enhancements, and solution design within a BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) environment. This position requires an individual who is self-motivated, proactive, and capable of troubleshooting complex issues without hand-holding. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with BRIM, including Convergent Invoicing (CI) and its integration with SOM (Subscription Order Management) and FICA (Financial Contract Accounting).&

Key Responsibilities:& &

• Provide managed support for BRIM Convergent Invoicing (CI) within a telecom environment.& &

• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and issues within the CI, SOM, and FICA modules.& &

• Ensure seamless integration of CI with third-party systems for invoice generation and printing.& &

• Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement effective fixes.& &

• Perform system enhancements by configuring new features as needed.& &

• Design and implement innovative solutions to improve business processes.& &

• Collaborate with external customers and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and issue resolution.& &

• Maintain a proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential issues.& &

Required Qualifications:& &

• Strong expertise in BRIM Convergent Invoicing (CI).& &

• In-depth knowledge of CI integration with SOM (Subscription Order Management).& &

• Experience with CI integration with FICA (Financial Contract Accounting).& &

• Familiarity with third-party integrations for invoice generation and printing.& &

• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.& &

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.& &

• 5+ years of experience with SAP BRIM, CI, SOM, and FICA in a support or implementation role.& &

Preferred Qualifications:& &

• Experience working within the telecom sector.& &

• Strong problem-solving skills with a critical thinking mindset.& &

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.& &

• Ability to interact effectively with external customers and stakeholders.& &

• SAP certifications related to BRIM or CI modules are a plus.& &
