SAP FICO Manager - Top Stack

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Manager to lead a team of finance professionals, driving the effective use and support of SAP FICO modules. This role will involve hands-on expertise in SAP FICO, team mentorship, and responsibility for continuous system improvement and M&A financial integration. The SAP FICO Manager will play a key role in fostering collaboration and ensuring seamless integration of financial data across departments.
 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES/COMPANY HIGHLIGHTS:

• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, creating a collaborative environment that supports learning and growth.
• Actively design, configure, and optimize SAP FICO processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP FICO issues, minimizing disruptions to financial operations.
• Work with other functional areas (SD, MM, PP) to ensure financial data integration across the organization.
• Oversee financial due diligence and integration for M&A activities, ensuring alignment with corporate financial systems.

 
QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP FICO and financial management.
• Experience in M&A financial due diligence and integration.
• Proficiency in vendor management and IT support services.
