Summary
This role entails being the SAP Business Analyst capable of spearheading ABAP and HR solutions at Hyundai MOBIS.
It involves adept support to business systems encompassing SAP HR modules.
The SAP HR and ABAP Business Analyst is responsible for assessing, estimating, supporting, and managing the effective and efficient delivery of the functional aspects of SAP projects, enhancements, and service delivery (break/fix) across all Mobis supported instances.
The SAP Business Analyst will be accountable for the ERP project, enhancement assessment, and execution, including service delivery (break/fix) on our SAP ERP instance.
This will include daily working with SAP users & business partners in the sites within the scope of the role.
The SAP Business Analyst will collaborate with other team members, to ensure that enhancements are delivered, leveraging the global resource pool cost-effectively without negatively impacting quality, and providing support in resolving service delivery matters.
ABOUT MOBIS NORTH AMERICA ELECTRIFIED POWERTRAIN, LLC
MOBIS North America electrified Powertrain LLC (MNAe) is a Tier 1 supplier of BSA and PE systems, which are vital parts to produce electric vehicles, based on state-of-art manufacturing technology related to battery system assembly.
Essential Functions (To perform within this position successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.)
- Be involved in the keep it running and evolutive maintenance of SAP ERP solution.
- Takes the lead role in Assisting with the business case, Planning and monitoring, eliciting requirements, Requirements organization, Translating and simplifying requirements, Requirements management and communication, and Requirements analysis.
- Along with the other team members, oversee Incident management, Checking and solving customizing issues, Bug fixing, Investigation of escalated problems, Monitoring of interfaces and replications, Enhancement management, Analysis and application implementation, improvements, Writing general as well as detailed, functional specifications, Integration tests & business support for UAT, the application documentation, Contribution to workload estimations.
- Keeps a general overview of the solution's architecture and its evolution and is accessible for all matters in the functional domain of SAP .
- Stay current with technical developments and evolutions in SAP .
- Performs a fit-gap analysis for business requirements and delivers solutions in line with standard SAP.
- Decomposes high-level information into details and can animate workshops with end-users and business representatives.
- Distinguishes requests from the underlying business needs.
- Maintains a regular physical presence close to business interlocutors and Key Users to assist them in the development and daily management of their applications.

Basic Qualifications (The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required and preferred for this position.)
Required Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in information technology or supply chain management, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
At least 5+ years of ABAP experience
Minimum 3 years in full life cycle SAP implementation experience
Must have working knowledge in the following areas:
Preferred SAP ABAP intermediate level
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations: None Required
