Job Title: SAP HR Payroll Analyst
Location: St Louis, MO
Position Type: Direct Hire
Salary: DOE $85,000

Purpose
Work with business analysts, Corporate sponsors, customers, and other team members to understand requirements for creation of and changes to software that supports Human Resources business processes, with emphasis on SAP payroll. Analyze requirements to determine technical solutions. Design solutions and develop configuration.

Minimum Job Requirements
Minimum of 5 years experience required: In the Technical Analyst I or a similar role in another organization
High school diploma or GED required
Preferred Job Requirements
Four-year degree preferred

Analyze requirements to determine technical solutions. Design solutions and develop configuration.
Responsibilities
- Research, analyze, design, propose, and deliver sound technical solutions that satisfy business requirements.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle including the analysis, design, test, implementation of changes, and post-production support.
- Collaborate to understand and document specific details regarding requirements; evaluate solution alternatives, advise options, risks, costs versus benefits, and impact; make recommendations, and present to business analysts, functional team directors, and information technology management.
- Responsible for the overall implementation and execution of software changes through the design, development, test, and implementation phases.
- Develop design and functional specifications that provide specific guidance to software developers to effect solutions using standard technical approaches that can be readily understood and maintained by other technical staff.
- Lead system configuration to satisfy business requirements in accordance with solution design.
- Monitor performance of implemented functionality; work with technical staff to identify problems and apply corrections.
- Participate in and provide input to discussions regarding proposed changes to system architecture and landscape.
