Job Description: We are seeking a skilled SAP ICM Specialist to manage and optimize the Internet Communication Manager within our SAP NetWeaver Application Server. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP architecture, network protocols, and experience in configuring and maintaining ICM to ensure seamless communication and high system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain the SAP Internet Communication Manager (ICM).
- Manage HTTP, HTTPS, and SMTP protocols within the SAP environment.
- Monitor and optimize ICM performance to ensure efficient handling of web requests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ICM to maintain system stability and availability.
- Collaborate with SAP Basis team to integrate ICM with other SAP modules and components.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and protocols for internet communication.
- Document configuration and maintenance procedures for ICM.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with SAP NetWeaver Application Server and ICM.
- Strong understanding of network protocols (HTTP, HTTPS, SMTP) and web technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
