Overview:
Our client has two large-scale SAP Logistics Execution (LE) projects scheduled for 2025. This includes a potential new distribution center (DC). These projects offer a dynamic environment to deepen SAP LE skills and work within a collaborative, cross-functional team.
Position Summary:
We are seeking motivated SAP LE Analysts to support these strategic projects. Candidates will play a key role in configuring, testing, and supporting SAP LE functionalities within Abbott's distribution centers. Junior Analysts will receive close mentoring, while the Senior Analyst will guide the team on best practices and provide strategic insights. We’re especially looking for candidates who are eager to learn, open to mentorship, and capable of growing with our client.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in setup and configuration of SAP LE modules for optimized distribution center operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, providing SAP solutions that align with project objectives.
• Support testing and validation of SAP LE processes, ensuring effective inbound/outbound logistics.
• Provide training and user support on SAP LE functionalities, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Monitor and troubleshoot SAP LE issues, working to resolve them swiftly to minimize operational disruption.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives, enhancing efficiency and accuracy in logistics and distribution processes.
• Maintain documentation for SAP LE processes, user guidelines, and training materials.
Qualifications:
• Experience:
o Junior Analyst: Minimum 2-3 years in SAP LE, with at least one full end-to-end implementation.
o Senior Analyst: 5+ years in SAP LE, with deep understanding of project implementation cycles.
• Technical Skills:
o Proven experience with SAP LE configuration, ideally with working knowledge of Warehouse Management (WM).
o Experience in organizations of a comparable size to Abbott, with global exposure a plus.
• Soft Skills:
o Demonstrated desire to learn and coachability.
o Strong collaboration and communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Nice to Have: Experience in automation or robotics within logistics (e.g., familiarity with Packsize), and previous exposure to large-scale distribution center setups.
