About the Job
Honeywell’s ACST team is seeking an SAP Manufacturing Implementation Specialist for our Chandler, AZ location.
As an SAP Manufacturing Implementation Specialist here at Honeywell ACST, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that SAP is effectively adopted and integrated across the organization, particularly within manufacturing operations. You will steward Material Master records and BOM updates, working as a key liaison between engineering and manufacturing to ensure part revisions are accurate and material master records carry attributes that enable desired SIOP outcomes.
Additionally, you will be instrumental in delivering SAP user training, supporting and advising on the configuration of the SAP functional modules, including driving the integration of planning data with MRP.
YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:
Drive SAP transactional adoption at Chandler, AZ location. Support end users by ensuring SAP transactional alignment with real-world, logical manufacturing operations.
Advise and influence MES and PDM implementations, ensuring smooth SAP integration.
Support SAP R&O configuration and alignment with existing processes.
Assist in implementing SAP Quality module, including inspection plans and Quality Notifications, as required.
Facilitate integration of planning data and MRP activation.
Contribute to the ACST SAP standard work repository.
Execution of various SAP “Edge Cases” and UAT scenarios in the SAP test client to evaluate readiness for SAP production client.
Deliver SAP training to end users, ensuring smooth adoption and proficient use of the system.
Manage Material Master records and BOM updates, ensuring alignment between engineering and manufacturing.
Support the eventual implementation of SAP S4 to replace current operations in SAP ECC. Act as counterpart to third-party SAP S4 manufacturing implementation SME.

Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.
YOU MUST HAVE:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in SAP manufacturing implementation roles.
U.S. citizenship is required due to contractual requirements. Applicants must also be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance. Continued employment is contingent upon successful completion of security processing.

Experience in manufacturing integration projects.
Expertise in SAP modules, specifically related to Manufacturing, MRP processes, and Master Data maintenance.

Facilitating functional team training and learning
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong change management and project management skills
Telecommute: 3 days onsite with an option for 2 days offsite
Travel Required: Some travel required – 10%
