Title: SAP Supply Chain Program Manager

Description:
- Execute full-cycle SAP SD implementations, including analysis, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Provide support and maintenance for the SAP SD module, addressing incidents, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements.
- Lead SAP SD project initiatives from concept to deployment, ensuring project objectives, timelines, and budgets are met.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams, stakeholders, and end-users to deliver project requirements and solutions.
- Collaborate with MM, FI, and CO teams to ensure smooth integration and data flow between modules.
- Address integration challenges and troubleshoot issues arising from cross-functional dependencies.
- Engage with stakeholders, gather business requirements, and provide detailed documentation of system requirements, designs, and solutions.
- Offer training and support to end-users, ensuring effective adoption and utilization of SAP SD functions.
- Identify and propose enhancements to SAP SD processes and solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on SAP developments and CPG industry trends, advising on best practices.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD, preferably within the CPG industry.
- Proven experience in full-cycle SAP SD implementations and system support.
- Proficiency in SAP SD configuration, pricing, order-to-cash process, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of integration with SAP MM, FI, and CO modules.
- Demonstrated project management skills with experience managing multiple SAP SD projects and deliverables.
- PMP certification or similar is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
