SAP Project Manager | New York - Fincons.US, Inc.

Position Overview:
Fincons Group is seeking a Project Manager to support our entertainment client in the global release of the Content S/4 Hana solution. The consultant will report to the VP of Content PMO, Global Content Transformation, providing essential project management and change management support to ensure successful system implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute change management strategies, including stakeholder assessment, training, and readiness tracking.
• Lead change management activities and ensure team alignment for the Content S/4 Hana deployment.
• Collaborate with Compass PMO/OCM teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Create and deliver training materials, presentations, and readiness sessions.
• Organize and manage workstream touchpoints for escalations and post Go-Live support.
• Update training materials as needed and facilitate ongoing training sessions.
• Maintain readiness trackers and follow up on post-training communications.
• Document key decisions and action items from Content PMO/OCM meetings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management, ideally within the media or entertainment industry.
• Strong expertise in change management, including stakeholder engagement and adoption strategies.
• Experience in training material development and facilitation.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with Accounting, Finance, and Technology teams.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4 Hana is preferred.
