Job description
- 10+ years of SAP experience with understanding of SAP transport management.
- The role requires solid understanding of system builds, planning, and ability to facilitate and
- Drive teams through complex issues
- A solid understanding of data and dependencies is required to drive the detailed plan as well as
- React to situations when execution is not as anticipated (for various possible reasons).
- Understanding of system cutovers with SAP and enabling technologies, in addition to data prep,
- load and validation processes is required by at least one of the leads
- Ability to gain knowledge in respect to Ford legacy integrations that enable the understanding
- of the legacy landscape and people in operations who own those systems and processes
- Other:
- Demonstrable experience with migrations of SAP data in complex, global, release-deployments
- Ability to define and execute multiple detailed activity plans simultaneously, maintaining an
- Ability to articulate progress and status clearly to key stakeholders
- Ability to coordinate and facilitate diverse teams of different skill sets, backgrounds, cultures
- and languages
- Project Management skills
- Attention to detail in the written communications.
- Advanced communication skills with a demonstrated ability to manage key relationships
- Between stakeholders involved in an upgrade/implementation environment.
- Performs well under pressure
- Understanding of key SAP functional process streams
- Solid understanding of the SAP Data Model and most commonly used Master and Transactional
- Data elements
- Ability to conduct and facilitate workshops with business representatives, management and
- Executive, team member resources, and external 3rd party groups
- Problem solving skills that use techniques to identify the root cause of the issue and then ability
- to clearly communicate (verbal/orally) this position.
- Comfortable in adapting working hours to align with demands of communication across multiple
- Time zones.
