As a Manager in the SAP Offering, you will contribute to the growth and success of Deloitte Consulting LLP and the SAP Offering in a variety of ways, including:Client Service: Advise clients on leading practices and technology/industry trends, build lasting relationships, and manage the day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors.Delivery: As part of an engagement team manage and deliver SAP implementation projects - use your deep expertise to identify the organization’s needs, define the business or technology architecture, oversee the solution design and implementation, and manage team activities and progress.Eminence: Contribute to go-to-market and internal initiatives which drive growth of the practice, drive efficiency and profitability, improve quality, and increase the knowledge of our staff. People Development: Perform the role of mentor and coach to help junior staff achieve their career objectives
Actively participate in onboarding activities
Provide leadership and support for staff on projects and in local offices.Business Development: Participate in sales pursuit efforts as a team member or subject matter advisor
Develop and maintain relationships with client stakeholders to establish and maintain our status as a trusted advisor.The TeamDeloitte’s SAP practice helps clients move from legacy systems to enterprise-wide solutions by efficiently designing and implementing SAP solutions
Each SAP implementation focuses on achieving results that support businesses strategies through process improvement, technology, and innovation. Our work is varied and challenging, involving clients considering first time implementations as well as those experienced businesses looking to enhance their business applications
We work with clients who want to improve their ability to react in digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions
Our professionals have hands-on access and exposure to the latest technologies and committed thought pioneers.QualificationsRequired:8+ years’ relevant SAP consulting experience in a professional services environment, with a large or boutique consulting firm, or serving as an internal consultant within industryHands-on functional configuration and design experience with SAP Project Systems moduleStrong understanding and experience integrating SAP PS other SAP modules for customer projectsMonth-end and period-end process solution experience SAP Finance/FICO experienceS/4 HANA implementation experienceParticipation in at least 4 end-to-end SAP Finance/Project Systems implementations, and in a workstream sub-lead or lead role on at least 2 implementationsExperience presenting to clients or other decision makersAbility to travel up to 50% based on work you do and the client and industries/sectors you serveBachelor's degree or equivalentDesired:Prior "Big 4" consulting experienceExperience leading pre-sales, proposal, and RFPsExperience managing senior-level client relationships.Greenfield implementation experienceExperience delivering projects using SAP ASAP and Agile methodologiesSignavio experienceMaster’s degreeInformation for applicants with a need for accommodation: Wages + SalaryThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs
The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled
At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $131,175 to $218,625.You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.#SAP23#EPCORE
