Day-to-Day Duties May Include:

• Serving as a subject matter expert and providing support to the business on current and new functionalities.
• Serving as the primary contact for internal business partner for the functional area.
• Translating business requirements into functional design.
• Creating functional specifications and working with cross-functional teams and development teams to deliver the technical objects.
• Reviewing and contributing to design document, configuration documents and functional specifications.
• Conducting unit and integration testing and regression testing.
• Supporting production processes and all associated business systems functions.
• Analyzing business processes, performing fit-gap analysis as required, and providing the business team with cost efficient proposal on inefficiencies and risks to determine appropriate process and system design.
• Working with IT and business teams to optimize and streamline business processes and technical solutions.
• Identifying gaps between current and future state of business processes and helping in prioritizing opportunities to improving processes through the usage of business capability matrix (BCM).
• Leading and facilitating business user meetings to gather process information.
• Conducting QA validations and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) tests on various initiatives.
• Conducting deployment activities for supply chain projects and provide training to new users.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects.
• Minimum of 5 years of designing and configuring QM module & knowledge of the key integration points between the other SAP modules (MM, PP & PM experience is an asset).
• 6+ years related experience covering business system analyst, and prior demonstrated implementation experience on at least one package ERP application.
• SAP experience is required with a strong lead role in implementation preferred.
• Hands on experience in SAP Quality Management (QM) and working experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) & SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) modules.
• SAP S4 HANA experience is preferred.
• Prior experience with global organizations and multi-language environments.
• Medical devices computer systems validation (CSV) process knowledge is a must.
• Demonstrated experience of managing projects with medical devices Part 11 compliance requirements.
