Skills and Experience:
- 4 to 5 years of Experience in SuccessFactors projects
- Experience with one or more full Life-Cycle Implementations of SuccessFactors
- Experience in, the area of, SAP on premise HCM, SuccessFactors Modules: Employee Central, Onboarding, Recruitment and Recruitment Marketing, Performance Management, Goal Management, Succession Planning, Career Development and Payroll Employee Central, PM/GM, onboarding and compensation and its integration with each other as well as SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Thorough understanding of the multiple SuccessFactors modules and the ability to research & apply business best practices
- Deep knowledge and experienced in integration between SuccessFactors and SAP/Non-SAP
Applications:

- Experience with testing (SIT/UAT), training, knowledge-transfer and deployment

Education
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or off-set by additional years of work experience in the SAP and SuccessFactors area
