To be a successful SAP Success Factor Consultant you will embody GBSI's core employee characteristics of being passionate about IT, taking full ownership of your work & having a growth mindset. Additionally, you will exhibit strategic vision, thoughtful engagement, strong analytical/process skills, a bias for action, and the ability to partner with senior operational leaders.

Responsibilities:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong expertise in Employee Central and at least one other SuccessFactors module.
• Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors modules based on client needs.
• Partner with HR teams to gather requirements and develop best-practice solutions.
• Provide expertise in data migration, integration, and system optimization.
• Conduct training sessions and provide post-implementation support.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues and ensure high system performance.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with data migration, SAP integrations, and system troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with clients.
• SuccessFactors certification (preferred).

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
