Job Description:
- Data model for Success factor and SAP
- Data analyst
- Build Talent profile date model
- Someone who knows Success Factor and SAP
- Functional consultant
- Define schema
- Understanding of Master Data Management, Data Quality & Data Governance
- Operational familiarity in the use of meta-data management, data quality, and data stewardship tools and platforms
- Experience in the use of data catalogues and data quality technologies
- Experience in managing enterprise data assets in a large, complex organization
- Ability to analyze complex situations and to derive workable actions
- Ability to constructively challenge requirements and current state to increase overall value to the firm
- Ability to work independently and build relationships
- Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change
- Good written and verbal communication
Responsibilities
- Participate in the application and deployment of data policies and processes
- Implement Data quality practices across various stages such as for data ingestion, data quality, master data and data life cycle management
- Support the development and maintenance of an end to end data lifecycle management approach including defining / documenting standards, policies and processes
- Collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization to implement the data governance and data management strategies.
- Follow standards, policies and processes regarding data quality management
- Operate data remediation plans where data fails to meet required standard
- Monitoring data quality process, identify patterns, collaborate on remediation plans, implementation of data controls
- Manage / maintain remediation strategies
