Baer is looking for a SuccessFactors EC Payroll Lead for a 3+ month project located in Waltham, MA
Title: SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll Lead
Location: Hybrid - Limited onsite at Waltham, MA
Duration: 3 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: C2C (Vendors Not Permitted)
Description:
- Lead a multinational HCM payroll project with the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including data migration, process design, and user testing.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and configurations within EC.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP SuccessFactors modules and third-party systems.
- Provide support, troubleshoot, and perform system updates.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module, including end-to-end implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors EC configuration, data models, workflows, and integration with other HRIS systems.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives and work with cross-functional teams.
- SAP SuccessFactors EC certification preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree
