HR Transformation
HR Transformation works with organizations to define, structure and implement improvements to the operation of the HR function. Those improvements cut across HR processes, organizational structure and enabling technology to drive business alignment and maximize organizational and HR performance.
Required Skills:
Human Capital Consultants who specialize in HR Transformation enabled by SuccessFactors will have hands-on configuration and implementation experience in one or more of the following modules:
• Compensation
• Employee Central
• Jam (Collaboration)
• Learning
• Performance & Goals
• Recruiting
• Success/Development
• Workforce Analytics
• Workforce Planning
A minimum of 10 years previous business consulting experience
• Experience selling and leading large, complex global HR Transformation consulting engagements
• Proven expertise leading multiple large, complex teams through the project life-cycle
• Extensive experience owning project budget, risk, staffing and client relationships
• Ability to interact at all levels of the client organization
• Bachelor’s Degree
Ability to travel Mon. to Thursday, though as a matter of practice our client seeks opportunities, where possible, to provide greater flexibility and predictability for our people to promote better work-life balance.

Senior practitioners are responsible for sales and delivery of HR Transformation projects and leading resources. They typically sell their own work and lead multiple projects simultaneously as well as are an integral part of building eminence and thought leadership
• MBA from a leading school
• Practice management and/or P&L experience in a human capital consulting setting
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
• Eagerness to mentor junior staff
• Strong presentation skills
