The ideal candidate for this Systems Training Team position should have:
- SAP System Training Expertise: With a focus on SAP S4 Hana, SAP ECC, and other enterprise systems, the candidate should have 5+ years of experience developing training documentation and delivering end-user training specific to SAP systems. Knowledge of tools like Enable Now, Rise, and Camtasia is crucial for creating effective learning materials and training content.
- Instructional Design Skills: The candidate will need strong skills in instructional design to create and maintain effective training materials. Experience in designing both in-person and digital/online training courses using diverse methods (guides, job aids, video tutorials, etc.) will be key.
- Change Management and Training Plans: Experience in managing training and change project plans for system implementations. The candidate should be able to conduct thorough needs analysis, determine the impact of change, and create relevant training programs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: The role requires strong relationship-building skills, both internally and externally, and collaboration with business process owners and systems teams. The candidate will need to stay up to date on business requirements, implementation plans, and system changes to ensure training remains relevant.
- Project Management Experience: Proficiency in project management, from developing training project plans to coordinating training logistics and ensuring training content sustainability, is critical.
- Adult Learning Methodologies: Familiarity with adult learning principles is essential for delivering effective training. The ability to tailor content to adult learners in a way that maximizes retention and skill application is critical.
- Communication and Detail Orientation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, along with strong attention to detail in both training content development and project execution.
- Technical Proficiency: The candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for course material development and documentation.
