Position Type : 60 Days + Contract (3 Days Per Week Onsite)

Job Description:
SAP to work directly with customer to develop a strategy to address the organizational change impacts (including policy impacts) and other people matters on the project. SAP will present the strategy to the customer leadership board for approval. SAP and customer will communicate the change enablement strategy to the customer organization.
SAP PrMO to upload completed and approved documents into Sharepoint with future plans to convert over to SolMan. Both of the requested positions will be part of PMO.

Required:
- Responsible to manage, monitor and escalate IT and supplier deliverables for the program.
- Provide Technical level guidance and support
- Participate and assist in high level planning for the project and subsequent project rollouts
- Assist SAP and CUSTOMER in evaluating complex situations and identify viable solutions
- Help to determine what constitutes closure of the project.
- Gain acceptance and sign-off by all parties when closure is attained
- Co-Manage project direction with SAP so that senior management executives expectations are fulfilled
- Coordinate with Project Managers responsible for other CUSTOMER initiatives other than this program.
- Co-Report project status with SAP to the Executive Sponsor and Project Director
- Co-Manage and provide timely issue resolution and appropriate issue escalation
- Co-Manages the effort to achieve project milestones
- Co-Manage final project planning decisions
- Co-Monitor change management process within teams
- Manage workspace
- Co-Manage onboarding of resources and project team infrastructure
- Coordinates collection and storage of project artifacts
- Coordinates meetings and workshops
- Assists the Project- and Project Director in creation of presentations, etc.
- Co-Manages the testing activities related to System Integration Test (SIT), User Acceptance Test (UAT) and Performance Test
