Job Title:SAW system engineer
Location: Columbus, OH
Rate: DOE $/hr.
Position Type: Contract
Interview Process: Phone Followed by F2F
US Citizen, Green Card and GC EAD
Job Description:
• Experience using, building, configuring or designing in Service Management technologies or similar field
• Strong experience with Service Management Process and Procedures
• ITIL v3 Foundation Certified
• Familiarity with some or all of the following: HTML 5.0, CSS 3.0, REST API, Javascript and Bootstrap
• Relational Database experience
• Able to maintain Service Anywhere(SAW) instance, to include:
o Perform SAW instance changes (Production/DEV)
o Working with SAW User Administration
o Data Management
o SAW Reporting
o SAW configuration and User Interface
o Detail account needs and changes to SAW vendor
o Understand account environment to suggest and/or aid in appropriate system changes
