Summary:
Yorktown Systems Group is seeking a highly qualified SBCT Training and Leader Development Integration Analyst to provide professional services to execute, operate and maintain, and assist in the integration of Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership, Personnel and Facilities (DOTMLPF) improvements into SBCT formations in support of the U.S. Army TRADOC Capability Manager for Stryker Brigade Combat Team (TCM SBCT). TCM SBCT is TRADOC’s DOTMLPF integrator for SBCT formations. This mission requires intensive interaction with these units, operating force Major Commands, acquisition communities and TRADOC Centers of Excellence. ACM SBT requires support of five key areas: 1) SBCT Training Management and Leader Development; 2) SBCT Logistics Sustainment and Safety Integration; 3) SBCT Network and Mission Command Integration; 4) TCM SBCT Information Technology and Security Requirements Services; and 5) SBCT Force Design Update/Operational and Organizational Concept/Future Capabilities Workbook (FCW)/Stryker Brigade Combat Team Doctrine.
Specific duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Analyze and review SBCT related milestone documents, revisions, Mission Needs Statements (MNS), Operation Requirements Documents (ORD), Capability Development Documents (CDD), Capabilities Production Documents (CPD), Joint Capability Documents (JCD), and all Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) documentation for content and clarity, and to make recommendations for revisions. Collect data based on PM/PdM requests for information that supports Stryker Family of Vehicle requirements analysts, Technical Test and Evaluation SMEs, and MCoE/other TRADOC Centers of Excellence doctrinal and training development experts to provide a holistic review of documentation from a training and leader development perspective.
- Perform as the TCM SBCT and MCoE lead during DOTMLPF data collection support to unit visits and SBCT oriented CTC rotations.
- Synchronize PM SBCT, TCM SBCT, and the Center for Army Lessons Learned (CALL), along with TRADOC Analysis Center (TRAC) data collection efforts to be collected from the SBCT user through post combat interviews, unit visits, CTC visits, panel discussions, and surveys.
- Conduct research and analysis and develop briefings and solutions for DOTMLPF subjects related to the SBCT formation to mitigate or eliminate SBCT gaps, and to inform, prioritize, and recommend the potential need for material solutions to the appropriate PdM.
- Coordinate with TRADOC Schools and Centers of Excellence, CTCs, MCoE Directorate of Training Development (DOTD), MCoE Training Brigades, and units to obtain user perspectives and inputs to all aspects of requirement development and acquisition activities related to SBCT platforms and systems and provide feedback to appropriate PdMs.
- Provide subject matter expertise and support to the development and update of a SBCT DOTMLPF assessment survey capability through the current CDID Test and Evaluation Office (T&EO).
- Review all SBCT doctrine, Armor and Infantry Training Strategies, and course content of SBCT related courses offered at the Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCoE).
- Apply SBCT SME by monitoring other TRADOC and FORSCOM analytical efforts that relate to Infantry or Armor.
- Provide staff, operations, training, and leader development SME for all SBCT formation level analysis.
- Partner with TCM SBCT TADSS contractor(s) to monitor the distribution and support of existing and future Non-Systems TADSS devices in support of the SBCT User to include all SBCT Live, Virtual, Gaming, and Simulations Systems, and review all future CPDs and CDDs to ensure non-Systems Training devices are properly considered within the context of system requirements.
- Attend meetings and working group events that support ongoing PM SBCT systems lifecycle requirements.

Required Qualifications:
- Possess Secret Clearance
- Strong computer skills (MS Office-Word, Excel, Power Point)
- A minimum of nine (9) years serving in an IBCT or SBCT while planning, resourcing, performing, and supervising BCT training and leader development tasks while conducting DA operational training or deployment, and a minimum of three (3) years performing DOTMLPF development or integration in a TRADOC organization conducting SBCT specific DOTMLPF development or integration, as a Soldier, DA Civilian or Defense Contractor.
- Experience in company, battalion, and brigade troop leading positions and/or experience as a certified PME or functional training course instructor is preferred.
- Must be able to obtain Capability Developer Level 1 Qualification within a year of hire.
- Working knowledge of the following:

- Army concepts, including TRADOC 525-3-0 Army Capstone Concept and TRADOC 525-3-1, Army Operating Concept
- Army's doctrinal and combat development processes

- SBCT missions, organizations, and operations
