Pay Range: $23.00 - $32.00 an hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm with a half-hour lunch
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the scheduling of HVAC installations, ensuring all jobs are prepped and ready to go.
- Coordinate daily scheduling for service technicians, dispatch them to service calls, and arrange return visits when needed.
- Communicate directly with customers to address scheduling needs, provide updates, and clarify lead times.
- Schedule subcontractors and inspections for installation projects.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer databases, job files, and service invoices.
- Work closely with installers, field supervisors, vendors, and office staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage the on-call schedule for service technicians and ensure customer records are always current.
- Provide billing information to accounting for maintenance contracts and process service invoices and timecards.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service with a strong ability to communicate effectively with both customers and team members.
- Experience in scheduling or dispatching, preferably in the home service industry.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and maintaining customer databases, or a willingness to learn.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple schedules.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
