Job Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience
Location: Portsmouth, RI
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Be the main point of contact for customers, handling HVAC service requests and providing updates.
- Efficient Scheduling: Coordinate schedules and optimize daily routes for technicians, with a focus on maximizing efficiency and prioritizing urgent calls.
- Support and Problem Solving: Collaborate with our service technicians by managing schedules, handling logistics, and facilitating job transitions.
- Organized Record-Keeping: Keep detailed records of customer service history, and help prepare estimates, invoices, and work orders.
- Versatile Administrative Tasks: Answer and manage multiple phone lines, maintain files, and provide general office support.

What You Bring
- Experience: 5+ years in customer service and 2+ years of retail management experience
- Knowledge: A basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, or electrical concepts is helpful, but not required.
- Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, excellent phone etiquette, and a customer-first mindset.
- Tech Savvy: Ability to learn the GPS tracking and dispatching software.
- Attention to Detail: Organized, precise, and able to handle stress and quick decision-making effectively.
