Summary
Temp would be responsible for contacting customers via email and phone to schedule available orders using Excel reports and internal scheduling systems, researching any discrepancies with scheduled and non-scheduled orders .
There is no extensive lifting, walking or standing.
Seeking candidates who resume reflect working experience with Customer service experience in a call center experience or transportation/logistics industry preferred, Microsoft Excel, data entry, great phone etiquette, able to problem-solve, critical thinking skills , effective communicator, able to manage time efficiently, attention to detail, and great follow-up skills.
Dress code is Business causal (includes tennis shoes and jeans- no holes/rips are permitted, close- toed shoes are required daily- no Crocs)

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent education is required.
One year of customer service experience is required.
Must have adequate reading, math skill, and ability to write legibly Strong Customer Presentation and Communication Skills.

Proficiency in MS Office is required.
