Staffing Coordinator/Scheduler works with the nursing department to ensure there are scheduled employees for each shift. Works with in-house employees and agencies on filling vacancies. Participates in recruitment and hiring efforts.

What you will do:
- Assist with preparing nursing department work schedules for each calendar month and find call-in replacements in order to meet corporate, state, and federal staffing guidelines.
- Any other tasks deemed feasible as assigned by the Director of Nursing or Administrator.
What you need:
- High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.
- CNA certification preferred but not required.
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
- Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook, Internet and Intranet navigation.
- Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of company objectives.
- Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
