Scheduling Coordinator
100% Remote
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for scheduling customer appointments for the Inside Desk, scheduling for Risk Control Consultants for phone calls with customers to perform a Risk Control survey.
- Establishes customer contact, provides information on nature of the phone call.
- Responsible for scheduling appointment and necessary documentation.
- Provides confirmation to consultant for the appointment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
- High School Education or equivalent required.
- 2 years minimum of outbound call handling
- Strong communication and problem resolution skills required
- Experience with call center or providing telephone customer service required
- Microsoft Office and data entry experienced required
