About the Job:The Durable Slate Company, Savage location is looking to hire an Estimate Scheduling Coordinator/Receptionist. In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating the internal and external communications for the company, assist in taking, entering and scheduling our estimate requests and other general office tasks. The ideal candidate will greet clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor, create a welcoming environment, and handle various administrative tasks in a polite and cheerful manner.
Guidelines of the Job:
- Familiarity with standard office platforms, such as Microsoft Office and Excel
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Take and enter estimate calls from customers
- Create and coordinate Estimator schedules
- Manage office tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning documents
- Place supply order for office staff
- Utilize computerized systems for various office tasks
- Able to lift 10-15 pounds
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Interpersonal skills, professional and courteous demeanor, excellent office and phone etiquette, providing excellent customer service to guests and callers
- In office, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
- $20-$25 depending on experience and skills.
- Paid training.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 years experience in office setting and service scheduling coordination preferred
