We are hiring immediately for a Customer Service Scheduling Manager. This position is based in our Fremont, CA location, but will also work out of our San Leandro, CA location as needed. Please note hours may vary and some overtime is required. This position supports all client-related managerial staff for the unit, focuses on client account health, and will be responsible for a variety of analytical and administrative duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Primarily oversee scheduling for assigned accounts and service vertical.
• Coordinate and/or own needed changes to products and equipment.
• Reviews account and product records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Shared responsibility and support for account retention and growth, along with client-facing field employees such as route drivers.
• Complete various data entry, record retention, and support documentation as required.
• Create and own processes surrounding product and account reporting with a special emphasis on scheduling.
• Jointly responsible for creating, organizing, and executing account and product processes.
• Position will interact with clients; professionalism and courtesy is required.
• General system reporting, record-keeping, and auditing as assigned.
• Maintain compliance with company and legal standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Summary

Preferred Qualifications:
+ A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; two year College degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable
+ 3 years driving experience required.
+ Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license (unless otherwise indicated by state) and good driving record.
+ Preferred 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service position, or a minimum of 1 year of related experience.
+ Route management, retail and merchandising experience is preferred
+ Ability to operate or willingness to learn material handling equipment (box truck, handcarts, etc.).
+ Food & beverage experience
+ Excellent communication skills required
+ Must be able to travel to client sites
+ Must be passionate about providing world class service to our clients and customers
+ Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a consistent basis.
