Esformes Hebrew Academy in Ormond Beach is seeking a part-time or full-time School Administrator Support Staff member to join our team. The candidate should have exceptional interpersonal skills and a background in education, preferably with teaching or experience in administration.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the Administration team
- Provide managerial support to the Front Office.
- Collaborate with the Principal to address disciplinary issues
- Strong behavior management skills
- Willingness to step in and teach any grade level, if needed.
- Assist with master scheduling
- Offer support for PBIS (Positive Behavior Interventions & Support)
- Work with the Principal to develop and implement curriculum building strategies
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching or administrative experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Foster a positive learning environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, parents, and the community
