Summary of Responsibilities:
Under the general direction of the School Attendances Manager, this position provides School Attendance services for Persons Served. Duties are conducted in accordance with all existing policies, procedures and regulations and in accord with the Mission and Values of the Company.
Essential Functions:
Request/complete authorizations for services.
Completes verification of MA status/insurance eligibility.
Is responsible for all required documentation.
Develops Service Plans.
Provide crisis intervention.
Complete referrals to appropriate agencies or units within SAM.
Provides support to person served and family members.
Provides court testimony as needed.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree from accredited College or University in Social Work or a related field as determined by management; Preferably Bilingual/bicultural; Preferably, at least two (2) postgraduate years of child welfare, truancy, or case management experience
Employment Requirements:
Automobile and Valid Insurance, Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License and Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record Check, Act 33 and Act 34 Clearances, FBI Fingerprint Clearance, Social Security Card, Immigration and Naturalization (I-9), Drug Screening Clearance
Working Conditions:
Prolonged periods working on a computer in an open office environment, comfortable communicating through virtual technology and in person, and travel throughout the assigned region may occur and may be in adverse weather conditions, must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
