Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with children with disabilities, particularly those aged birth-to-five years. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of young children by providing exceptional therapeutic support and interventions.
Job Details:
· Contract School Physical Therapist PT
· 2024 – 2025 School Year!
· Full Time Position, Regular School Hours (Mon-Fri)
- Caseload: K-12
Qualifications:
- Educational Requirements: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Licensure: Valid South Carolina state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
- Certification as a School Physical Therapist is preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience working with children and adolescents in a school or pediatric setting is highly desirable.
- Skills: Strong assessment and therapeutic skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and proficiency in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
