Job Title: Behavioral Health Therapist

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group therapy to students in a school setting.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to student needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student well-being.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Valid state licensure (LCSW, LPC, or equivalent).
• Experience in school-based or child/adolescent therapy preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
