About the Job
As the Sales Representative of Blue Bird Bus Sales, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads. You will communicate with customers and leads to identify and understand their products or service's needs. This prompts you to identify and suggest products and services to meet those needs. The Sales Representative demonstrates the functions and utility of products and services to customers based on their needs. You ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolving any issues that may arise post-sale.
The Sales Representative will maintain communication with existing and previous customers to alert them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest; maintain detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship issues.
Providing periodic territory sales forecasts and compiling materials and coordinating activities related to expos/trade shows is also a specialty while drafting or assisting with presentations and other materials that explain products and services to customers.

Education and Experience Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Sales, Business, or related field OR
- At least five years of related experience require.
Other Requirements:
- Some overnight travel required.
