Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Valid Connecticut state certification as a School Social Worker.
• Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting.
• Strong understanding of social, emotional, and behavioral development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Crisis intervention skills and the ability to manage stressful situations.
• Knowledge of community resources and services.
