A great School is looking for an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their growing team!

Responsibilities and requirements include:

• Conducts initial and on-going behavior assessments for students with a PBSP or may need a PBSP.
• To design, implement, and collect data on a PBSP.
• To answer pages and provide crisis intervention as needed.
• To participate as a member of the IEP team as well as during IEP meetings if requested.
• To provide support to classroom staff in managing students with challenging behaviors.
• May include but are not limited to lifting and transferring of a student.

Qualifications/Education and Experience:

• M.A. or M.S. in either Psychology (TC 322) or Special Education (TC 323).
• Current Certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Licensed to practice by state(s) in which services are being provided by state.
• Knowledge of assessment and treatment through Applied Behavior Analysis teaching techniques in an education and/or residential setting.
• Knowledge of ICF regulations.
• 5 years experience as a BCBA working with children from 3-22.
