Location: Saint Joseph, MO
Mileage Reimbursement: $0.42/mile for patient related travel
Schedule: DAYS - 8HRS: Times will depend on school/caseload assigned
Job Description/Additional Details: Purpose: The job of Speech & Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) was established for the purpose(s) of under the supervision of a speech and language pathologist, conducting various tasks/treatment interventions to assist student with speech and language disorders.

Job Description/Additional Details: Purpose: The job of Speech & Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) was established for the purpose(s) of under the supervision of a speech and language pathologist, conducting various tasks/treatment interventions to assist student with speech and language disorders.
SLPA for the 24/25 School Year.
Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from a program ASHA approved to grant Master’s SLP degrees OR Bachelor’s Degree in other area with a total of 21 hours in five speech/language areas (anatomy/physiology, phonetics, development, disorders (acquired and developmental) and clinical methods); 25 hours of SLP observations; and 25 hours of SLP clinical assisting or practicum. Certification issued by the Missouri Board of Healing Arts.
