Position Title: School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP CCC/CFY)
Location: Rosedale, Oregon
Employment Type: Full-time contract (Part-time candidates will also be considered)

Phaxis is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school district near Rosedale, Oregon for the upcoming school year. The assigned caseload will reflect the candidate's experience and preferences.

Position Details:

• Caseload: Assigned based on candidate's experience and preference
• Locations: 1-2 school locations
• Employment Type: Full-time preferred, but part-time candidates are welcome to apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate actively in IEP meetings and articulate IEP goals effectively
• Deliver direct therapy services to students individually or in groups
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations
• Maintain effective communication with teachers, parents, and other professionals

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
• ASHA CCC's preferred, but Clinical Fellows will be considered
• Valid Oregon SLP License
• Preferred experience in a school or pediatric setting
• Reliable transportation to commute to the Rosedale, Oregon area
