Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - School Setting (Contract)
Location: Sierra Vista, AZ (On-site)
Salary: $48-$50/hour (depending on experience)
Position Type: Full-time, contract position (Monday-Friday, renewable annually)
Benefits: Candidates will be paid for hours worked, with time off during school holidays and closings. Contract renewal opportunities available on a yearly basis.

Role Summary:
Our client is seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential speech and language therapy services to students in a school setting in Sierra Vista, AZ. This is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact on children’s communication development while working closely with educators, students, and families. The role follows a regular Monday-Friday schedule, with school holidays off, and offers the potential for yearly contract renewal.

Required Qualifications:

• Current Arizona SLP license

• Experience in a school setting or pediatric speech therapy

• Availability to work 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday

• Ability to manage a school-based caseload and provide individualized therapy plans

Desired Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to support students’ development

• Experience with individualized education programs (IEPs) and developing therapy goals for students

• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced educational environment

Days Off:

• October 5-13

• November 23-30

• December 21-January 4

• March 8-15
