Position Details:
Our client, a world-leading Pharmaceutical Company in Spring House, PA is currently looking for a Analytical Scientist (HPLC, Large Molecules) to join their expanding team.
Job Title: Analytical Scientist (HPLC, Large Molecules) / Pharma Industry
Duration: 17 months contract, extendable up to 24 months
Location: Spring House, PA
Note:
The client has the right-to-hire you as a permanent employee at any time during or after the end of the contract.
You may participate in the company group medical insurance plan
Description:
Entry-level contract scientist to support biochemical testing of recombinant biotherapeutic proteins.
Methods to be utilized include, but are not limited to, high performance liquid chromatography, gel and capillary electrophoresis, UV spectrophotometry, and capillary isoelectric focusing.
The selected candidate will be required to perform routine testing utilizing pre-existing methods and to document that testing in a complete and accurate manner within an electronic laboratory notebook.
Familiarity with MS Office is required.

Onsite 100% in Spring House, PA in the Lab
Bachelors Degree required
Chromatography exp
Analytical and Biotechnology skills
HPLC exp
CIS exp helpful (capillary isoelectric)
Data Processing exp
Will be testing and documenting
Must have at least 1 year of benchwork (industry exp, not academic)
They use Empower and other Chromatography software
