Duties:
- Print a variety of apparel with silkscreens using manual and automatic printing machines.
- Constantly check each garment and logo for quality or defects.
- Prepare screens for print by reclaiming, applying emulsion, burning and taping.
- Catalog and track screens by number and artwork.
- Set up machines for print.
- Communicate regularly with sales, customer service, shipping/receiving and art departments to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion of orders.
- Maintain an organized and neat workspace.
- Clean and maintain machines.
Qualifications:
- Screen printing experience and/or an artistic background are preferred but not required.
- Must be hard-working, have an eye for design and attention to detail.
- Need to be physically capable of moderate lifting and standing on your feet for the majority of the day.
