Scrum Leader/Program Manager - Eliassen Group

**Hybrid | Pittsburgh, PA**

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Scrum Leader/Program Manager.

Rate: $53 - $63 / hr. w2

• Supporting 1-3 Scrum teams
• Facilitates the successful definition and delivery of projects within the Enterprise Financial Messaging group (EFM)
• Organizes, directs, and coordinates cross-functional activities to focus corporate resources on the successful delivery of the desired results for a defined corporate program using quarterly Program Increment (PI) planning
• Measures and monitors program actual, forecasts, budget, and updates plans with accurate, up-to-date information in a timely manner

• Financial services industry preferred

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
