Job Description
- Client uses a combination of waterfall and Agile, so the person needs to be flexible on the methodology
- Can multi-task
- Exposure to DevOps and familiar with Azure development ops boards
- Familiar with system application modernizing efforts
- Will be a Scrum Master on a team who is building code for custom applications
- The preferred candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Business or Information Sciences, or other related fields of study.
- Requires at least three years professional experience in a Scrum Master, IT Business Analyst, IT Project Manager, or IT Trainer role for IT Development teams.
- Agile certification
- Experience in the Scrum Master (or equivalent) role for information technology teams that was diligently applying Agile values, principles, practices, and theory
- Knowledge and/or experience with Hybrid Development Methodology (traditional, Agile, Lean) techniques: Scrum ceremonies, decomposition of work (Features, User Stories, Tasks), PhaseGate.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
- General Business Analysis, Project management, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in cross function project teaming.
- Ability to influence without direct authority.
