- Experience with software implementations
- Ability to establish strong customer relationships
- Able to work long hours, if necessary, to meet customer expectations and timelines
- Past experience managing Scrum/Agile projects
- Must be able to generate Agile reports (velocity, burn-down, etc.)
- Scrum certification
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
