Job description –
- Played role of Scrum master and Project / Program manager
- Managing complex project/program with 2-3 teams.
- Familiar with Sprint ceremonies, artifacts, best practices, monitoring sprint progress.
- Scrum master, kanban lead
- Familiar with Sprint metrics
- Hands on SaFe will be an added advantage.
- Works collaboratively with cross functional team
- Manage stakeholders' expectations
- Weekly, monthly cadence with different stakeholders and report.
- Communication with executive, presenting program status, risk, mitigation plan.
- Working with executive on proposal and presenting options with pros and cons
Experience - 6 to 10 years of PM and Scrum master
Certifications - scrum master / PMP / Program management / SaFe
Certifications - scrum master / PMP / Program management / SaFe
