About the Job
Position - Scrum Master
Location - Charlotte NC
Running the sprint ceremonies and guiding the team members during the sprint ceremonies to make sure the objectives of the ceremonies are achieved
Identify opportunities for resistance and coach/navigate the team members accordingly
Help with removing impediments that the team is facing
Coach and lead the team by exercising best practices that: Agile methodology and our Agile CoE prescribes
Collect and report Agile metrics on a monthly basis
Contribute to running Agile Community of Practices along with our Enterprise Agile Coaches
